Do you arrange pickup and delivery of lab work?

 

Yes, we cover the cost of a courier to collect and return lab work in our local area. Staff may collect and return on foot in the CBD. If you are not in our region, we will send you pre-paid express post bags to send us your work, we will return lab work via express post.

Do you manufacture in Australia?

Yes, we manufacture all our products in our Hobart Lab. We do not outsource any part of our procedure to manufacture our products. BCI Dental Laboratory is proudly licensed by Australian Made Campaign limited. License number 12034.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard 10 working days, unless pre-arranged earlier.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, we do.

Fixed Dental Appliances (Crown, Bridge, and Implant): 5 years warranty.

Removable Dental Appliances: 1 year warranty.

Do you accept digital scans?

Yes, we have an open 3shape system that allows us to accept all digital cases, included but not limited to 3Shape trios, iTero, Carestream, Dentsply Sirona case connect, STL files.

Do you make dentures?

No, we do not supply dentures. We are predominantly a crown, bridge, and implant lab. However, we do manufacture some removable appliances, such as splints, retainers, mouthguards etc

Terms and Conditions

Fixed Dental Appliances - Crown, Bridge, and Implant 5 years warranty.

*This warranty is subject to the following conditions.

*Bci offers a warranty on all crown and bridge work, for any fractures or defects that occurred as a result of the manufacturing process.

*The warranty applies from the date of invoice for a period of 5 years.

*Bci agree to replace the product with the same material used for the original restoration. Please note implant components and alloys are not covered under this warranty. Additional charges may apply.

*In order to claim warranty, you must return to the dental surgery who inserted your original crown for inspection, removal and return of the crown.

*Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Removable Dental Appliances, 1 year warranty.

*This warranty is subject to the following conditions.

*Bci offers a warranty on all removable dental appliances, for any defects that occurred as a result of the manufacturing process.

*The warranty applies from the date of invoice for a period of 1 year.

*Bci agree to replace the product with the same material used for the original appliance.

*In order to claim warranty, you must return to the dental surgery with your dental appliance for inspection and return of goods.

*Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
